1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TitoNova applications, websites, or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.

3) Services & Monetization

TitoNova is a multi-service platform enabling users to request and receive services (e.g., ride-hailing, food delivery, courier, bill-pay, and other on-demand offerings). Certain features or services may be paid, subscription-based, or commission-based. Fees, pricing, and taxes will be disclosed at checkout or within the app before you confirm a transaction.

4) Payments

  • Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
  • By submitting a payment, you authorize charges, including applicable taxes, fees, and adjustments.
  • In-app credits, promotions, or vouchers are subject to separate terms and may expire.

5) User Conduct

  • Use the Services lawfully and respectfully. No fraud, harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior.
  • Do not interfere with platform security or attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Services.
  • Comply with community guidelines and all applicable laws while using the Services.

6) Service Providers & Third Parties

Independent contractors and third-party merchants (“Providers”) may deliver portions of the Services. TitoNova is not the employer of Providers and is not responsible for their actions or omissions, subject to applicable law. Separate terms may apply to third-party offerings.

7) Content & Intellectual Property

  • TitoNova and its licensors own all rights to the app, websites, logos, and content, protected by IP laws.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
  • By submitting content (e.g., reviews), you grant TitoNova a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

8) Ratings & Reviews

Users may leave ratings and reviews that must be fair, lawful, and non-defamatory. TitoNova may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

9) Safety

For your safety, follow in-app guidance and community rules. In emergencies, contact local authorities. Additional safety practices are outlined in our Trust, Safety & Insurance section.

10) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TitoNova disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TitoNova will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TitoNova and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms or platform policies.

14) Governing Law & Disputes

Except where prohibited by local law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where TitoNova primarily operates, and disputes shall be resolved in that venue or another permitted forum. Local consumer protection laws may grant you additional rights.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the app, email, or our website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
